Paul Cohn began his career in 2005 as an Event Concierge at Hyatt Regency New Orleans. He has worked at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville for a total of 13 years. He looks forward to welcoming your guests to our hotel very soon.

Katrina began her Hyatt career in 2013 at Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Currently, she is the Associate Director of Events, leading a wonderful team that delivers great experiences for their customers.

Michael James

Senior Event Planning Manager

Mike began his Hyatt career in 2002 at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay as the Resort Beverage Manager. He moved to Jacksonville in 2012 and is now a Senior Event Planning Manager.

Stacey Grismore

Senior Event Planning Manager

Stacey began her Hyatt career in 2006 right here at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville. She has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and fostering an amazing team.

Dawn Jones

Event Planning Manager

With over 18 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Dawn brings with her an extensive knowledge of convention and resort properties.

Tiffany Ruiz

Event Sales Manager

Tiffany started her Hyatt career in 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport as a greeter in the restaurants. She is currently an Event Sales Manager.

Cailin Calimano

Event Coordinator

Cailin started her Hyatt career in 2018 as an Event Concierge and is currently an Event Coordinator.

Event Concierge

Caitlin is an Event Concierge at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville. She strives to ensure each event is as successful as the last.
